Voted Best Bakery in Asheville Area since 2014! That is no small feat with all of the dessert people in this town as you can see from our small list here... Not only a bakery, but a great place for a light bite (to save room for dessert). This one is the second of the cafe's located in Historic Biltmore Village. You can get your shop on just outside the gates of Biltmore Estate. Shop a while, then eat here, then shop some more! (See our guidebook on shopping in Biltmore Village). Menu fresh daily, dessert favorites are Austrian Tea Cakes, Pot de Creme, Swedish Creme, Baklava, Creme Brûlée, Mountain Eclairs, or a legendary Lemon Bar! It gets better...they serve Breakfast treats like Buttermilk Jammers, Muffins, Scones, Croissants, French Toast Casserole, and SO Much More. Hearty Lunch and Brunch includes Quiches (Gluten Free Also), Strata, Breakfast Burritos, or a Breakfast Sandwich! Lunch Sandwich variety changed daily, think chicken salad (curried or regular), vegetarian Caprese, or a hearty Italian sandwich! This place is a NO Brainer! Yum and Yum!

The best bakery in my opinion. There is also a branch in Weaverville. They have delicious savory dishes and a full dazzling display of baked goods and fine desserts.
