As your host, I confess I've never gone to the Salt Cave. But as someone who hosts and leads events for hundreds of clients who come to Asheville from around the world... I can say unequivocally that The Salt Cave is a favorite destination for chilling out, meditating and just an overall cool mystical vibe. It's not a spa - as in "you spend the day getting facials." It's simply an opportunity to sit quietly and experience relaxation and healing. Reservations are required.
