Womderful Japanese restaurant, more upscale with a great menu right on 4th street, West Berkeley cute shopping area (has Anthropologie, Crate and Barrel Outlet among MANY other stores)

I love O Chame for the understated and warm aesthetic in decor and food, the sincere and friendly service, but most of all for the amazing Japanese cuisine. You can't go wrong with tempura and udon.
