You must visit Croton Dam Park....there's a great hiking trail off of the playground that brings you on top of the bridge and overlooking the dam. Or, just gaze at its beauty from below after parking your car.

Enjoy a picnic near the waterfall or take a walk over the dam for beautiful views and onto the old aqueduct trail

This is an amazing place to kick back. Fun fact, the stone masons that built this dam, built the stone house you are staying in.

The Croton Dam is something to behold. Take the Old Croton Aqueduct trail to or from it to make a hike/walk/run out of the excursion.
