Sõõrikukohvik is legendary for their delicious russian-style donuts. Eat there or take away. They offer good cheap meals also. Regular home-made food that every Estonian is used to.

Like eating at an Estonian Grandma's house. The place is called "Donut Shop" so they offer the traditional powder-sugar available Estonian/Russian donuts, but you can also order a large menu of savory and sweet pancakes, as well as all kinds of lunch and dinner items that are like home-cooked Estonian food of kotlets, shashlik, mashed potatoes, grated carrot salad, buckwheat as a side, Christmas meal of pork and sauerkraut. One of my favorite places because it is literally just down the street, super affordable and quick and cozy. Great for a sweet breakfast and coffee! Closes at 7pm.

They offer nice doughnuts but most importantly you should try their poppy seed bread (ask for moonisai)!
