Fabulous local trattoria. All homemade and locally grown produce. Hand rolled pasta, slow cooked ragu, freshly picked mushrooms, local wines and great desserts. A must.

The best restaurant in not only the local area but, for our money, in the whole of Toscana! Fabulous food using local produce and family recipes, great, friendly service from Attilio, the owner, and his team. Not to be missed! Ignore the location on the map to the right - just drive down to the bottom of the hill from Sorana and turn left instead of right towards Castelvecchio. The restaurant is then 200 mtr on the left
