If it doesn’t have to be a walk through a park, this is the way to go. The most beautiful path in Leipzig is here along the canal, where people like to hang out, bike around or have a walk. You will see people canoeing, talking, kids playing. It’s a lively atmosphere mixed with the calmness of nature.

You can hire a boat / canoe and have a bit of a paddle on the canal and you will see Leipzig from a different perspective lots of ducks canoe 8 euros / hour great place for a stroll

Walk along here, it's really nice. There are stone steps to sit on and enjoy a beer.

Beautiful bicycle and walking lane acoss a small river. Nice for a walk, a run or taking a pause on a bench.
