One of our favorite hikes. Get there early 7-7:30AM because parking is limited. Open air trail with an amazing view at the end. 5 miles round trip. 2000 FT elevation gain. Mostly all the way up for 2.5 miles.

About a 2 hour roundtrip, less if you are experienced accustomed to hiking. Great views of Los Angeles and the coast. Park as close as you can on Paseo Miramar...good luck...go early beat the crowd.

The trail is in the Pacific Palisades, right off of Sunset. Drive to the top of Paseo Miramar and that is where the hike begins. If you are able to make it to the top, then you’ll see an amazing view of the whole city, which is well worth the two hour trek.
