Reasons to see Flatiron building: 1) Spiderman used to work there 2) Argo Tea and ask for Bubble Tea. Drink it in Madison Square Park then walk down the Broadway to Union Square.

A cafe dedicated solely to creative tea concoctions - like the teappuccino, which is like a cappuccino but with tea instead of coffee. It is the Starbucks of tea. A great place on Columbus Circle.

2 hours of wifi with any purchase (coffee shop). Power outlets available at tables as well. This place was made for the coffee-shop laptop worker.
