Lake Sutherland, right besides Lake Crescent is excellent for kayaking and paddle boarding. Please be aware that most of the shoreline is privately owned. You can however use the Sutherland Lake Public Access off the southern shore

Lake Sutherland lies just outside Olympic National Park and is private land. The lake is surrounded by houses. There is a public boat launch for a day use for boating and fishing
