“This is a great re-cycling of a classic downtown department store (Higbee's) into a modern casino. This is where I went as a child to shop and celebrate Christmas, as a teen to explore and have fun. I remember the wooden escalators. Well those are gone but there are lots of vestiges of the old store, nicely preserved in the new use. The casino is fun and the staff are excellent, very friendly. Free parking if you play.”
