If you're a coffee snob, you must go here. The young owner and staff are actually surprisingly un-snobbish, for the quality and seriousness they take in their coffee. Chem-ex, pour-over, single origin

The best coffee in New Haven! If you're looking for a delicious $4 pour-over, this is your spot. They also have great bagels. About a 10 minute walk away.
