A hipstery, lodge-like upscale restaurant in Hudson with farm-to-table food with a twist. Zac Pelaccio is the chef. Would recommend making reservations here.
This is the James Beard award winning spot people love to rave about. And for good reason. The prices might intimidate, but it’s worth having a drink at the lovely bar (do try their cheese and focaccia if you go that route)
