Park Ave is 2 blocks South and is a wonderful walking street with lots of casual cafes and dining spots. The Park Avenue Pub for upscale dining, The Frog Pond and Jines for Sunday morning! Plenty of others for all times of day. Be sure to go as far as Park and Goodman St to check out the Parkleigh. The gift and candy shop with something for everyone.

A vibrant and youthful part of the city. Park Avenue is friendly, with animal lovers all around you. The neighborhood has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars without being to "wild".

Head right out of the front door and the first street you come to is Park Avenue. Turn left on Park and the shops start after the Culver Rd intersection. Great bars, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping.

Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars make this walkable neighborhood a must-visit. Plenty of historic houses along the way, including the Eastman House.
