Santa Pola is the closest town to Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) with only 9 kilometres separating the two places. Isla Tabarca is the smallest island in Spain where people reside all year. You can take the Ferry Boat, or you can rent a boat from the Marina Miramar.

You can travel by boat to Tabarca from Alicante´s port. The trip takes 50min and tickets are around 20 euros. The idea is to go in the morning and come back around 4pm.
