The Aldinga Airfield is a gateway to other areas of South Australia including Kangaroo Island and the Eyre Peninsula. Aldinga Airfield is located outside controlled airspace making it easy for VFR pilots to fly in and visit our special region.

Aldinga airfield is certainly one that will entertain all ages. Pop into the cafe, treat yourself to a sandwich (you won't regret it) and spend the afternoon watching planes come and go. The kids can play in the captain's flight deck in the cafe and there is a fireplace setting the ambiance in the cooler months. You may even leave with a souvenir from the gift shop.

Great place to take kids watch the little planes take off and land. Coffee and Cake also. Very cute!!! Saturday or Sunday
