Visit the recently awarded ‘Best Distiller in Australia’ ( Tasting Australia Spirit Awards 2020) . Wander through the botanical garden on your way into Ambleside. Their Tasting Bar oozes character, with a nine metre long reclaimed red brick wall, polished concrete floors and a large timber deck overlooking the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Indulge in a Tasting Flight, share a platter, enjoy a G&T or a cocktail or two. Tasting Flights Experience their 3 signature gins, served with ice and a bottle of tonic. Their knowledgeable bartenders will take you through the unique tasting notes for each gin with the accompanying garnishes for an extra tasting sensation. $20 per flight Meet the Distillers Get the full experience with a tour of their distillery room. One of their Distillers will guide you through their special place and their passion for creating Award winning South Australian Gin. See the Australian made copper still ‘Doug’ followed by a Tasting Flight in their Tasting Bar. Gin Blending Masterclasses are available . Join an intimate small group Gin Blending Experience at the distillery. Choose from over 22 distilled botanicals to create your own unique blend of Gins to take home. The experience starts with a Gin Tasting Flight, followed by a talk from one of their Distillers.
