No Frills is a chain grocery store that offers good deals on food and necessities. This location is at Fir Street and 4th Avenue. By walking: take the Arbutus Greenway to the end (Fir Street). Walk the couple of blocks to 4th Avenue.

Cheapest, decent selection. If they don't have something, you can walk up 4th Ave. to the Whole Foods or produce market.
