Go early and after rains to see the wash running! Return before 10 am in the summer. After about a 30 minute hike, trail gains altitude fast for beautiful, rapidly changing vistas of the mountains and cliffs. Saguaros.

IF you an avid hiker or up for a long adventure, Finger Rock has great views of the city. Be ready for this hike to take 4-7 hours depending on how fast you push yourself. Bring plenty of water and snacks!
