Adamo is the best restaurant in Dumaguete. The menu is simple and every item on it is delicious and presentation is bizarrely seductive! The chef spent a few years learning the art of cooking in California. However, the place is small. So it is advised to reserve a table ahead of time. The value is amazing and the price points are perfect. I love Adamo and will continue to dine there regularly.
