I don't really fancy Cong Cafe as there is nothing much about its drink menu. However, the Communist vibe in Cong Cafe shop is something you must try, especially if any story about communists attracts your attention. Another plus point is its availability, Cong cafe haves branches in almost all districts in Hanoi, very accessible. The two ones you are most likely to come across while wandering around Old Quarther are Nha Tho branch and Cau Go branch. Cong closed late at night, around 10:30-11:00 as I remember. Cộng cafe is a popular chain of coffee shops provides a North Vietnam decoration of Vietnam war, Cong basically means Communist. The shop provides many delicious drink such as Vietnamese "Phin" Based Coffee, Cộng's Signatures, Tea, Western-Style Coffee, Smoothies, Freeze, Juice, Yoghurt, Others, Snacks. Also a great place for instagram photos.
