Uditi's fresh take on the Naples staple is reimagined for SoCal with his "slow dough" that results in a crust that is light, yet sturdy enough to pick up with one hand. Consciously sourced toppings blend the traditional with the unexpected while showcasing San Marzano tomatoes exclusively grown for Pizzana in the Neapolitan countryside. Additional menu offerings include antipasti and salads, with wine and beer available to complement. Candace brings her pastry expertise to Pizzana's dessert menu.

Possibly the best thin crust pizza I have ever had! They ingeniously figured out how to prevent it from getting soggy. They even have an amazing gluten free version.

One of the great pizza restaurants in LA. Their pizza is made with fermented dough in a wood-fired oven. Should absolutely try the creamy cacio e pepe pie, or the diavola, topped with spicy salami and nduja walnut romesco. Highly recommended.
