This is a great bar/restaurant with a nice cocktail list and extensive menu including lots of local standards. The space is exceptional, with very high ceilings and original fittings.

Granted to Bernhard Lindsay in 1613 by King James VI, bestowing upon him the right to reconstruct the building and keep four taverns on the site. Complete with ghostly presence in the basement this building has stood in the heart of Leith for almost 600 years.”
