A scenic 5mile circular walk from the cottage’s doorstep. Take in the beauty of Fearby and neighbouring villages. Druids Temple itself boasts history and intrigue, believed to have been built in the 1700's, it has a main temple and multiple stone formations accompanied by fantastic views across moorland and Leighton reservoir.

The Druids temple is near Bivouac and around 5 minutes drive from the cottage. Its a great place to bring the dogs, you can walks around the old stone formations, you can even get married here! Its a beautiful wooded area with plenty of wildlife. There are some splendid far reaching views of the reservoir. Its free to visit.

Just a 10 min drive up to Druids Temple - a folly ode to Stonehenge . Lovely walking and cycling through the woods and views down to the resivouir
