The link is great to get to Downtown, Seattle or the University of Washington. It does not come to Bellevue... YET. It will soon. It is pretty easy to take the link to the Westlake Center Station and transfer to an eastbound bus - routes (either) 255 or 545 or anything going to Bellevue.

The passenger drop-off area is located to the east of International Boulevard. A pedestrian bridge connects the station to the passenger drop-off area. To reach the airport terminal, follow the pedestrian walkway through the garage. If you need help between SeaTac/Airport Station and the terminal, the airport now offers electric cart service between the station and airport sky bridge (north end of the garage). The electric cart service operates from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. daily and is available to all. There is baggage storage on the back of the cart.

Catch the link light rail from Angle Lake and take it to downtown or all the way up to the University of Washington.
