teuchters bar & bunker is a freehouse in edinburgh’s west end well known as a venue for rugby fans travelling to & from murrayfield. tucked away on william street, it’s a hidden gem popular with locals & only a 5 minute saunter from both haymarket station & princes street. our ethic at teuchters bar has always been to provide a relaxed and highland-style community pub where all are welcome (within reason) and our food menu reflects that. it started with the idea that even if you couldn’t find a table, it would still be possible to perch at the bar or round one of the many pillars and shovel something down to soak up the beer. the pub is centred around the large whisky selection which includes around 120 single malts, a few international & blended whiskies & the hoop of destiny: a game of hoopla with malt whisky as the prize, pop in for full details!
