Every first Friday the space is open with local artist exhibits. The center houses many arts related businesses and holds events surrounding arts related activities such as orchestra's, theatre performances, singing etc.

Almost all the local art galleries are in this building or nearby. Great place to take art classes (pottery), as well as dance, music, and theatre.
