best view in town. top deck overlooks and is on the river downtown. chicken sandwich or burger only place.

On the boat that the Southern Belle docks along side of. Usually pretty empty, good burgers, cheap drinks, great view of the TN river and downtown if you're on the balcony. If you sit inside there are comfy couches and games to play. Kid friendly (at least to me, my kid loves it!)
