This is a gentle loop, great for kids. Lovely views, shaded in the morning and afternoon, with overhead sun during the middle of the day. You can always take a dip in the lake across the road when you're done!

Perfect hike for families. 1.5 miles interpretive trail loop. Note- You must have an Adventure Pass to park in the lot, however parking along the highway is free and convenient.

This is a short, easy, circular trail on the north side of the lake that begins and ends at a parking lot. This is a great path to walk after lunch — definitely dog friendly. Note: A $5 US Forest Service parking pass is required to park in the lot, but there is free street parking along Stanfield…
