This is a cave. This visit can be associated with the volcano visit "Algar do carvão" ticket. Better have comfortable and closed shoes and mind that inside is cold.

Formação geológica bastante extensa, a origem do Gruta do Natal deve-se a um tubo lávico no interior da ilha. Entre muitas curiosidades, destaca-se o facto de se localizar em grande parte por baixo de uma lagoa, a Lagoa do Negro. Consultar Horário de funcionamento.
