This market (walk through cafe) has lots of great stuff. It's a bit more expensive as it is a convenience store, but worth it for quick convenience. They have wine & beer also. There is a closer old, rougher, corner store called the Flagler Market 1 block away on W/Flagler, but I use it for only most basic things when I just can't make the slightly longer walk to Windows Cafe).

The family who runs this local market is very friendly. It's overpriced, and not what I'd call sparkling-clean, but it's a great place to grab milk, or whatever you need in a pinch.
