This is an eolic wind turbine park. Try going during the day if you can (and if you have a car). You will see the huge wind turbines in there and a great view of most of the central valley.

Great hike or go with a car and just enjoy the views. Amazing sunsets, however it can get cloudy at any time. Make sure you bring a sweater, it's cold up there!
