If you're gluten free (like Whit), this is the place! And if you're not gluten free (like Corey)... it's still the place! This woman-owned and -run bakery does unbelievable gluten free sweets (cookies, doughnuts) and savories (bomb breakfast biscuits, scones, and snag one of their frozen dinner pies if they've got any available). They're open Thurs-Fri (8a-1p) and Sat-Sunday (9a-1p) - they'll often have a line out the door, but definitely worth it to go early and either way don't worry it goes relatively quick and it's well worth the wait! If you go with a friend/partner, send them over to grab coffee at Victory Coffee & Calamity (in that same little complex) while you wait in line. Victory's also a great spot to take your Hell Yeah treats back to sit, eat, and relax.
