This is a hidden treasure and local hiking trail that takes you to an iconic "monumental" rock formation. It's super close and easy to access and gives you a taste of Colorado hiking without too much of the steep climbs as you acclimate to the altitude.

Mount Herman Trail is a 2.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
