Perennial favorite right on the water in the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero. Very popular so book in advance. Only downside is that it gets a little loud.

A very trendy Charles Phan eatery serving delicious modern Vietnamese fare in a hip space with bay views. This won the James Beard Award for Best Restaurant in the country 2014 and it's still going strong.
