You can access it by going down the hill one block and turning right by the State Farm Insurance parking structure; or, there is a stairwell between the two buildings at the end of the street's cul 'd sac (go up a little, then it's straight down the stairwell path).

This is a paved loop in a neighborhood park- great for a quick walk-lots of people around sometimes.
