Portuguese barbecue captures and enhances the flavor of meats with rock salt rubs, unlike barbecue chains that serve bland ribs covered in sweet rich sauce. The ribs come out naturally smoky, and still tender and flavorful. Great ribs, but slightly burned in spots.
