Good stew made on the "hole". This food is made underground. They do a hole in Furnas, put the lunch there, and 4-5 hours after, you'll get your food ready to eat :) Amazing don't you think?

To eat " Cozido das Furnas" , typical food that is prepared underground in Furnas Lake. You can go to the lake around 11.30 AM to see the guys taking of the food from the ground.
