Three really fun concepts with great cocktails in one spot, so you know what that means... GET A RESERVATION! Platform 18 is a bar located in a train car with screens for windows that are surprisingly realistic. "Travelers will embark on a 90-minute journey through the Rocky Mountains with your host Hollis Cottley Pennington, a railroad tycoon, and bootlegger. Guests will enjoy an opulent adventure to the early 20th century while imbibing on exquisitely crafted cocktails inspired by worldly flavors and ingredients." UnderTow is a "nautical adventure bar serving exotic cocktails" that is a lot of fun. There is also an upscale cocktail bar with a New Orlean's inspired menu called Grey Hen Rx. They have a very impressively curated list of Bourbons and Whiskeys.
