The menu at Uncle Leong's features all of Singapore's best dishes, executed perfectly. My favourite is the butter Crab Bee Hoon, be prepared to use your hands to eat it. it's a casual place, where is focus is on quality and taste of the dishes. Prices are very reasonable, try to get there early, otherwise they might be sold out of crabs.
