Cougar Crest Trail

“This trail is on the northwest side of the lake in the little town of Fawnskin. It's a beautiful trail and kids love it. There's a couple little restaurants in town.”

“Located near the southwest end of Big Bear Lake and into Big Bear City, this is a great stop just to check it out. You'll feel like you're visiting a little market in a tiny town in the 60's. One of the owners works the counter and he's got the T's & bell-bottoms to fit the atmosphere! Seriously though, great service and very friendly. Good selection of quick food like pre-made sandwiches, burritos and fruit & yogurt cups. It's a little on the expensive side and they are not strict about masks so exercise caution, but it's something to see for sure.”
