It's a rustic little spa to soak in the healing waters, wood fired sauna, cold creek plunge, hiking trails, massages and other healing modalities available. Accessible, affordable, nourishing for body, mind and spirit. And it's only 1 exit north of on the I5. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

I have yet to go but have heard prices are great, hot springs, mineral baths, restaurant, day use. Not sure if reservation required during peak season.

Located about 20 minutes north of Mt Shasta in a beautiful wooded canyon right along crystal clear Parks Creek. They offer a variety of types of massage therapists as well as a wood fired sauna, private mineral baths and the hardy can walk down and dip in the mountain creek. There is a small gift shop and be sure and ask how often the sweat lodges are held!
