15 minute drive from the McLaren. 45 minutes by road bike. 10 minute hike to see the beautiful Elbow River Falls. Hike further on trails that go further off the main trail and have a picnic or glass of wine.

It can get pretty busy in the summer especially on weekends but I think it's worth visiting. It is a pretty drive.

Elbow Falls is made up of several little waterfalls, but it's a beautiful, quiet spot great for having lunch, seeing wildlife and getting some fresh air.

Have a picnic at Elbow Falls, go on a hike and enjoy Kananaskis Park.
