EDIT: Theyre gone :-( It's now a place called spade and spatula, which is decent. I like their menu offerings, but they seem to have staffing issues as do so many other establishments. Took a very long time to get food. .Go for a quick espresso or sandwich to go. Or stay for happy hour drinks and flatbreads.

Located just across the parking lot from Jensen's Market in Blue Jay. This family-owned business wants to be more than just a wonderful place to get a hand crafted espresso beverage; it's also a place to get freshly made pastries, sandwiches and salads, and even a place to get frozen yogurt. Hot Shots is open late and offers free wi-fi.
