Charming one-bedroom character cottage built in 1600 and situated in the beautiful Warwickshire village of Napton-on-the-Hill. An ideal base to take in the stunning local countryside, enjoy a leisurely lunch by the canal side, or explore the nearby historic towns of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. A perfect little haven for a relaxing break. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations and will be cleaned thoroughly
PROS: New bathroom, new kitchen, king size bed, clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, owner out every evening so sole use of house, sofa (TV remote!) and all facilities, small, friendly, self sufficient dog (Border Terrier) Eddie, who is practically mute so no barking but good company! Lovely garden with seating, 10 minutes walk to Daventry centre, short drive to M1, M40, DIRFT, Ford etc CONS: Dog might not be everyone's cup of tea (gasp!) due to allergies. Awaiting carpet after recent renovations!
