The Malt Shop is a 50's themeD restaurant. Only with a twist. They didn't just buy some 50's posters and adorn the walls. This restaurant was actually founded in the 1940s, and then stayed the same while the world changed around it. The hamburgers and malts are really good, and prices are under $10!

The menu is moderately priced, with an eclectic mix of regional American comfort food and traditional French bistro cuisine. Stone Creek uses time-honored recipes as well as some cutting-edge molecular-gastronomy techniques.

Eating at the Belgian Waffle Works is a delightful experience that rounds out a visit to Lake Arrowhead Village with a full tummy. Their portions are large, but half orders are available on many items. It is well known for its delicious breakfasts of waffles made from their exclusive waffle mix, which is available for purchase in their mini store, along with jams, jellies and books. A must see for lakeside breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular—large windows from top to bottom make up a wall overlooking Lake Arrowhead. Those sitting by the windows have a perfect view of the lake right in front of them.
