Probably our favorite restaurant in the Hudson Valley. They always have some special tacos - if they have the Bacon Brussel Sprout taco it is a MUST HAVE! Great food, fun staff and affordable for a family outing.

A short drive from our home, Falling Waters Preserve is an excellent place to explore the rugged beauty of the Hudson River, hiking atop rock ledges that slant precipitously into the water while occasionally descending to the shoreline. On your way to (or from) the mile-long trail hugging the river, you'll pass other scenic treasures, including a meadow affording outstanding views of the Catskills and a picturesque waterfall.

Audrey and Jeff have built a community through their store. It has lovely gifts that are perfect coming from "Woodstock" from candles, incense, special sprays, bubble baths, tarot cards and books on spirituality. They have a special children's section that our daughter loves to play in while we shop.
Classes and workshops are offered throughout the week and they usually have a psychic or tarot card reader at the shop for readings (book ahead). Definitely worth checking out if you are in Woodstock.
