This space if technically a restaurant, but I'm not sure how the food is as I've only ever been for drinks. It has an unbelievable view over Lisbon, and if it warm enough I definitely recommend sitting on the patio.

If you have a day to spare, going out to Sintra is a must. You will have a full day of hiking, with beautiful and fun trails, lots to see, but most importantly the Pena Palace; A Disney like Castle hidden in the forest.
