Floating on the marina, The Best Dressed Crab serves local lobsters, crabs, and other marine life all overlooking the marina plus has a small shop next door where you can buy fish to take home.

Probably the best restaurant on the Isle of Wight, it's a good 45 minute drive from Bembridge but the location, vibe, and food is great...we just wish it was closer to Bembridge!!

Great location overlooking the sea, this small restaurant is a welcome addition to Ventor. The food is a fusion of Asian and local flavours, and it works as the food is very good indeed. Worth a visit!

Situated almost on the beach, this pub has a great location and can get busy if there's some sailing going on. A good half-way stop if you do the walk from Ryde back to Bembridge along the coast. (approx 3 hrs, not allowing for a beer stop at The Old Fort!)

One of our locals, with a wood fired pizza oven out the back which does great pizzas! The covered rear area is, we think, a nicer place to be as it's close to the pizza oven and brighter than 'inside' the pub. Good local bands usually at the weekend, a proper old school pub with a good varied menu to boot!

If you can find it, well worth a visit - a small fishing village with a variety of food ranging from high - end to the famous crab pasties. Food options can be closed during winter so best to check if you want to eat there, otherwise just go for a visit!
