Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg's place.. Off of Arapahoe Rd. Sit at the chef's counter if you can. Amazing food! charcuterie here rocks! menu varies from $13 burger on up thru higher end cuts of meat.

BEST pour over coffee. Say "hi" to Brice the owner! small family run coffee sop in a unique building. Park in the Louisville Cycling parking lot- walk up the sidewalk. no wi-fi there- they like people to TALK to each other... :) and super friendly baristas

Hiking trails, the "iconic" view of the Flatirons! Parking can be a bit of a challenge on the weekends- but park down the street- and walk! Can also be a good start to a hike..info there.
Check out the Dining Hall for lunch, dinner, brunch post-hike.
